A Charming Community.

Compared with its high-density neighbors, the City of Afton prides itself on maintaining a small town feel and wide open spaces. Cedar Bluff Homestead is proud to be the first site within the city to help accomplish those goals by dedicating property to the Minnesota Land Trust.

Hugging the banks of the St. Croix River, time moves a little bit slower here. Gas lights still illuminate the streets downtown, and several of the businesses have 100-year-old pedigrees. Farmers have been the lifeblood of the community since its inception, and their influence is still strong.

When urban conveniences are required, the cities of Woodbury and Stillwater are just a stone's throw away. Plus the commute into downtown St. Paul is less than 20 miles.

Cedar Bluff Homestead is committed to carrying on the values that makes Afton what it is today. Each family has a history. Each home has a legacy. Cedar Bluff has space for the future to grow.
