Making the commitment. After you secure financing, Pratt Homes will prepare a purchase agreement that will set your new home's building process in motion.

Select your style. Meet with our design experts to select colors, interior finishes, lighting and everything else that makes up a happy home.

Construction begins. The excitement really starts to grow as the construction crew breaks ground and begins to build your next home. As milestones in the process are reached, you will meet with construction coordinators to review your selections before they are installed in the home.
